Something a bit different today: quietly colouring a Game of Thrones colouring book with pencil crayons, and no talking. I don't often do videos without talking, but I know there are some viewers who prefer them, and I like to keep things diverse on this channel. Anyway, I take my sweet time selecting which picture to colour, and then I don't actually end up colouring that much of it. Also, full disclosure: I'm rather colourblind (the red-green kind, but it affects other colours as well), which makes this sort of thing a bit of a nightmare. So if some of my colour choices seem a bit odd to you...now you know why!
Trigger sounds include a bit of tapping, paper sounds, page turning, pencil crayon sounds, and quiet breathing.
I strongly recommend listening to this video with headphones for the best experience!
----- What's ASMR, and why is it so quiet? -----
My videos are intended to trigger a sensation called ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response). ASMR is a specific feeling that some people experience when they hear certain soft sounds, like whispering and tapping, or see certain visuals, like deliberate hand motions. It's often described as a pleasant tingling in the head and neck, accompanied by a sense of calmness and mild euphoria. Many people watch ASMR videos to help them relax or fall asleep. To learn more about ASMR, I recommend checking out http://asmruniversity.com/about-asmr/what-is-asmr/. Happy tingles!
