Kori and Alysha first met in the summer of 2012 and it wasn't long before the two were inseparable. Kori was finishing up his electrical apprenticeship and Alysha was knee deep in nursing school so quality time together was hard to come by and always cherished.
Fast forward to the summer of 2015, the two live together, in a home that Kori remodeled from head to toe, with their two furr babies. Although both work fulltime, life after school was much more exciting and the two enjoyed many vacations, trips, dates, and nights out with friends.
On July 11, 2015, the couple attended a BBQ with many of their friends. The evening was full of delicious food, fun games, and great company, but little did Alysha know, this was not all the night would have in store. Alysha was brought inside and distracted as the back yard was covered in lights and photos of the couple. Beautiful floral arrangements were positioned around a small platform, and romantic country music was playing as Alysha was guided out to dance with Kori. In front of some of their closest friends, Kori dropped down on one knee and against all odds, completely caught Alysha off guard! After many tears of joy, sweet words, and warm embraces, the couple shared a champagne toast with those who helped make the moment so perfect.
