Trailer for our mini film currently in post production. The Breaking Bread project is a series of "Table to Farm" dinners where Chef Richard Knight and his lovely wife Carrie Jean Knight, along with some of the most renowned chefs, are serving dishes from ingredients sourced straight from the farm to get food fans closer to the source and build the community around these local farms that serve the top restaurants in Houston. They sell tickets to these dinners where portions of the proceeds go to benefit the participating farms and local non-profits in the areas they visit. Our friends at Southern Goods in The Heights will be hosting a screening of the final mini doc when it's complete.
