I finally tried Bar-b-que for the first time in my life. I really had no idea what to expect aside from something "spicy". Before you comment asking 'You never tried BBQ ribs? chicken? pork?" or whatever. No. I've literally never tasted anything BBQ aside from BBQ potato chips once. And yes, I grew up in the south and I am aware that it is weird.
